– 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein
– 1.5 Cup of Frozen Berries Mix (Strawberries. Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries…)
– 4 Tablespoons of fat-Free Yogurt
– 200ml of Water
– 25g of Dextrose (Only if consumed Post-Workout)
